My next piece has been inspired by a recent trip my husband and I did to Vancouver Island. Inspired by my love of the ocean and surfing the West Coast waves. I have created this 30” x 40”, Acrylic on Canvas, titled ‘Good Waves, Better Vibes.’ Through vibrant colours I hoped to recreate the beauty you see walking along a Tofino beach as the sun-light touches the water. I used muted blues and purples to express the heavenliness of the Tofino sky so commonly seen with a light fog or mist.
